My account is suspended, what happened?

If your account is suspended, your invoice maybe overdue

login to your billing account and check your balance.

Our billing system automatically suspends accounts 10 days overdue.

We send several reminders, however it's your responsibility to make sure your balance is paid in full when it's due.

Special arrangements can be made by contacting our billing department in advance via the helpdesk.
