My site is down, Can you help?

If you can't reach your website for any reason check the following before submitting a new trouble ticket:

1) Check the Annoucement page under server information page at our support center.

2) Check to see if your domain name has expired. use one of the following popular whois domain information lookup: http://www.whois.com or http://www.betterwhois.com

3) Ask a remote friend or family member to see if they can reach your site. The problem could simply be a local ISP network issue.

4) use one of the free web surfing proxy available like (http://proxify.com)

5) If step 1 through 4 yields no resolution for you, feel free to submit a support ticket including your current IP address.
