In this tutorial we will be modifying user permissions. You can add users to groups and modify group permissions, but this gives you fine tuned control over permissions
Begin by clicking Permissions under the User Admin heading

Enter the username to edit

Then click Look up user

You can make this user an Administrator, or you can modify their permissions per forum
