How do I start and stop my VPS?

Text Version

In this tutorial we will be starting and stopping a VPS.
Just like a normal computer, you can start, stop or reboot your VPS.
Virtuozzo Power Panel will show you the current state of your VPS.
From there, you have your options to start, stop, restart or suspend the VPS. Only the actions that can be carried out will be available.
Stopping your VPS terminates all system functions. It doesn't affect your ability to get into Virtuozzo Power Panel.
Restarting your VPS stops and restarts all system functions. This can be useful if you are unable to get into the system due to runaway processes.
Suspending your VPS saves a snapshot of the current state into a special dump file which can be resumed at a future time.
At this time, we'll restart the VPS.

The restart happens in the background so you can perform other actions. You can click the Details button to see the processes that are occuring.
