Begin by navigating to Components >> JCE Admin >> JCE Plugins.
This will list the installed plugins. Let's install a new one.
Browse to the file on your computer.
Select the plugin to install and click Open.
Then click Upload File & Install.
It's been installed. Let's continue.
Then let's go back to the plugins list.
