In this tutorial we will be adding a new category to our store
Navigate to Products >> Add Category
Choose if you want your category published
Then enter a name
Then enter a description for the category
You can choose a parent category
You can change the template page for the category
You can change the number of products to show per row in the category overview page
You can create a default flypage for the category as well
Let's go to the Images page
You can upload an image for the category. VirtueMart can also create the thumbnail for you automatically
Save the category
Your new category has been created and you can now enter products under it
