In this tutorial we will be adding a new shipping rate
Navigate to Shipping >> Create a Shipping Rate
And a description. This is used as the name
Select this shipper this is applied to
Then select a coutry that this rate applies to. You can select multiple countries if you want to
The next 4 are optional, but can help you fine tune your shipping rates
Then enter the shipping fee
Enter your packaging fee
Select the currency the fees are in
Save the rate
Your new shipping rate has been created
